Business Development Representative

About the Alchemy Group, a dynamic company driven by innovation and growth. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our team for a period of 3 months.
This internship is designed to equip you with key skills in sales and business development through hands-on experience in lead generation and prospecting. You will work closely with both our sales and marketing teams to contribute to lead qualification and pipeline development, supporting our goal of driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development of strategic marketing initiatives, including defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Contribute to achieving quarterly Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Research potential prospects to generate leads for annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Nurture relationships with prospects through targeted communications.
- Utilize tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for data collection.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and content development.
- Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze project data.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update databases for accuracy.
- Run email automation tools.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Immediate start preferred.
