Job Title: Global Inbound Travel Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented travel professional to join our team as an expert customer success – inbound tours.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in inbound operations and deliver exceptional experiences for FITs and groups. As a key link between international travel partners and on-ground suppliers, you will curate unforgettable journeys that exceed client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates to prevent delays and issues.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving client demands.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and high client satisfaction by implementing process improvements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations with a strong focus on customer success.
  • Extensive knowledge of India & the Subcontinent, including local customs, regulations, and cultural nuances.
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written & spoken), with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
