Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Travel Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

As a key member of our travel operations team, you will work closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality travel experiences.

You will be responsible for managing complex itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless execution of trips.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will strive to exceed expectations and build long-lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities
  • Ensure seamless execution of trips, including check-in, baggage handling, and transfer services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related field
