Transaction Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Due Diligence group, you will be responsible for leading complex transactions, identifying key issues, and managing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least 5-8 years of experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or audit firms. You will be expected to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues
  • Preparing high-quality reports and reviewing sections compiled by junior team members
  • Managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under partner supervision
  • Building credibility with clients and representing Transaction Services in deal discussions
  • Maintaining professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 5–8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international)
