Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Homologation Expert to lead our homologation process. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving all homologation related activities, leading a team, and ensuring the successful completion of type-approval and compliance projects that meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective homologation strategies and roadmaps for retrofit emission control devices and automotive products
  • Establish and maintain relationships with test agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the homologation team, ensuring timely execution of homologation strategies
  • Monitor and report on the homologation process, including risks and issues, to senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in homologation, certification, or regulatory compliance, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and homologation partners
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
