Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Finance and Controlling Expert. This role will be responsible for driving SAP solution architecture and business design within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and controlling, with experience in managing large-scale SAP-related programs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence business team members/stakeholders and manage project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance SAP solutions for finance department processes.
  • Lead the creation of new SAP landscape and implementation of SAP by replacing existing non-SAP solutions/business needs.
  • Define, design, and deliver SAP process ensuring best practice design and implementation of SAP solutions for finance processes, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Support technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development.
  • Provide architecture and design guidance to development and functional teams to configure and implement solutions according to SAP standards and best practices.
  • Monitor progress of FI/CO module and team monitoring.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a related field to the area of responsibility.
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA Finance).
  • Certification in SAP: Preferred (FI/CO Module).
  • 10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong functional knowledge of sales, manufacturing, or other enterprise processes using SAP with specialization in finance and controlling module.
  • Minimum of 7 years prior experience in managing a large-scale SAP-related program in the capacity of module lead.

  • SAP S4/Hana experience is required.
  • Designing finance org structure and delivering multi-dimensional reporting experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of parallel accounting, transfer pricing, and material ledger functionality in SAP is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of interaction between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP etc.
  • Global experience in terms of legal requirements specifically tax, banking, electronic reporting is required.
