Business Development Specialist
About the Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities within the lubricants market and developing strategies to target potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products within assigned territories.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of our lubricant products and their applications to effectively promote them to customers.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide insights into sales performance.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
Experience: 10-15 years in sales or related industries.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of lubricants (grease & oil) and their applications
