Job Title: Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager plays a vital role in maintaining effective relationships with external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and renew necessary licenses and approvals, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, and other relevant compliances.
  • Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, Nodal Officers, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, and medical councils.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit required documents for regulatory applications.
  • Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
  • Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.
  • Work closely with the Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
