Customer Relationship Manager">

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an exceptional Customer Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities with the Marketing Manager, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks.
  • Send invoice copies and LR to clients, facilitating timely communication and enhancing relationships.
  • Monitor and follow up on dispatch data sheets to guarantee smooth delivery processes and exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for collections and proactively manage overdue accounts, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Collect feedback from customers through forms, gathering valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and track leads for motors exports and intra-city opportunities, leveraging various sources to drive business development.
  • Send mass messages for promotions updates and engage with clients, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Manage ledgers for clients, resolving any discrepancies and ensuring accurate records.
  • Perform regular data entry in HubSpot to maintain precise client records and support informed decision-making.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all new inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Engage on social media platforms to enhance company presence and interact with clients, showcasing our values and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or customer service.
  • Qualifications: BBA or MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM tools.
  • Social Media: Proficiency in managing social media platforms.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
