Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Built long-term relationships with high net worth customers through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of work experience in relationship management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of trade and forex, commercial assets like CC, OD, TL, export finance, etc.
  • Customer orientation, high energy, and drive, as well as a go-getter attitude.
