  • Ensure application performance through proactive monitoring and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within established timelines.
  • Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams on environment-related issues.
  • Support upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • 2-4 years of IT support experience with hands-on exposure to Python/Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience with Murex.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
">Nice-to-Have Skills:">
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
  • Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
