Revenue Operations Manager – North America

Your Role
:The Revenue Operations Organization at SolarWinds aims to accelerate GTM performance by crafting and maintaining essential mechanisms. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Rev Ops Strategy and be accountable for internal process design & documentation, system and workflow improvement, and cadenced functional planning.
Your Impact:
- Lead various Rev Ops initiatives and drive them with the sales team.
- Be the point of contact for the North America and LATAM Sales VPs to run day-to-day operations.
- Analyze revenue data to identify revenue risks and opportunities and make recommendations to improve revenue performance.
- Use Reports and Dashboards to drive data hygiene in CRM and other supporting systems.
- Partner collaboratively with Sales, Channel, Analytics, Data, Business Applications & IT to build priorities and roadmap of executional areas.
- Support Senior Manager of Sales Operations in collating reports, building models, analyzing data, and preparing presentations for Senior Leadership.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, deal desk, sales enablement, data governance, or strategy.
- Expertise in product, sales, channel & marketing organizations.
- Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau (Strong Salesforce.com and reporting experience required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must-have skill.
- Ability to understand needs of various stakeholders and translate into an operational plan of execution.
- Ability to build relationships, influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership.
