Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or transportation and a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

This role is crucial for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with fleet owners and transporters, turning partnerships into sustained business growth.

  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture trusted relationships with fleet owners and transporters within assigned locations.
    • Be the primary point of contact for all their business needs.
  • Business Growth:
    • Meet and exceed supplier sign-up and revenue targets.
    • Strategically upsell and cross-sell value-added services to existing partners to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Use expertise in fleet operations to understand partner needs, providing solutions that enhance their business and contribute to their development.
  • Development:
    • A proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
    • Experience in business development, key account management, or similar B2B sales roles is essential.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and fleet management sectors.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective business relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, fleet management, logistics, or transportation sectors.
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields preferred.
