Key to Success: A Business Analyst Role

Are you a results-driven professional seeking a challenging opportunity? We invite applications for a Senior Business Analyst position.

In this role, you will own the project lifecycle - from requirement gathering to delivery - aligning business goals with technical solutions. You will bring proven leadership, analytical strength, and the ability to drive clarity across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning end-to-end business analysis activities across web and mobile app projects.
  • Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to elicit and document clear business requirements.
  • Translating requirements into detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
  • Leading cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers through the SDLC.
  • Driving Agile/Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying roadblocks and dependencies.
  • Conducting market research & competitor analysis to inform feature and product decisions.
  • Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring all parties are aligned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior BA role.
  • Solid understanding of mobile and web development technologies, Agile methodologies, and project workflows.
  • Strong experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear and confident communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Experience working directly with clients and managing expectations.
