Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Area Development Manager at TekPillar.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience in core sales and marketing of BFSI Products, with strong team management abilities and demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Solid understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet designated goals and targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
