Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead client acquisition and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess 2-6 years of experience in driving business growth and client relationships within the digital marketing industry.

The role involves taking ownership of acquiring new clients, managing the sales cycle, building relationships, and collaborating with our teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Client Acquisition & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building
  • Lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
  • Share feedback from prospects to enhance our offerings and pitches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in business development/client acquisition within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of success in closing high-value projects.
  • Familiarity with multiple outreach channels (email, phone, etc.).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience working with international clients.
