Senior Specialist

Overview

As a Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and competitiveness through strategic pricing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, competitor behavior, and customer needs. With a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Commercial/Strategy/Sales in Healthcare/Med Device or Strategy/Commercial/Finance experience in medical devices, Life Sciences industry, you will be able to analyze complex data and develop value-based pricing models that align with business objectives and market conditions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are integrated into overall business plans and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment on pricing strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Identify opportunities and threats in the market that could impact pricing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions
  • Evaluate and develop value-based pricing models
  • Implement and utilize pricing optimization tools to ensure dynamic and data-driven pricing decisions

In addition, you will support in managing and executing flexible financing strategies for our organization, working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to structure and implement financial solutions that meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Commercial/Strategy/Sales in Healthcare/Med Device or Strategy/Commercial/Finance experience in medical devices, Life Sciences industry
  • Deep understanding of market trends, competitor behavior, and customer needs
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop value-based pricing models
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
