As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for leading transformation projects with various stakeholders.

  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive digitization and process improvements across the business.
  • Develop and deploy pricing strategies that consider market segments, go-to-markets, and competition.
  • Manage price and quotation processes for Greater India Zone, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Projects:
    • Design and execute projects that optimize go-to-market strategies, improve connected processes, and boost market share.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing and quotation transformation projects.
    • Ensure business operations needs are well captured and prioritized.
  • Digitization:
    • Drive digitization initiatives to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
    • Collaborate with Global Pricing and Digital teams to develop and implement digital solutions.
    • Be a voice of Zone operations to global teams, ensuring Zone business requirements are prioritized and implemented.
  • Price Management:
    • Develop and manage pricing strategies that secure margins and drive profitable growth.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure short and long-term profitable growth.
    • Own and manage pricing dashboards and reporting to stakeholders.
