Business Growth Specialist Role

About the Role

This is a pivotal position responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth within a B2B context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Intelligence and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market segments, and growth opportunities. Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market gaps to inform business development strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate leads through networking, outbound outreach, marketing collaborations, and qualify them based on their potential and suitability for the business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their requirements and customizing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and present customized business proposals and pitch decks, lead or support negotiations, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align outreach strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools, prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends, and participate in review meetings to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
