The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. They will also coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Recruitment
Recruitment:
- Candidate Sourcing and Selection: You will source and select top talent for various roles across the organization, ensuring that we attract the best candidates for our positions.
- Candidate Communication: You will communicate with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process, from initial application to post-offer support.
- Interview Coordination: You will coordinate interviews for Senior Executive levels and above, ensuring that the selection process is efficient and effective.
- Offer Management: You will prepare and issue Letters of Offer to selected candidates and Letters of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
- Training
Training:
- New Hire Onboarding: You will develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Employee Development: You will design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with business objectives.
- Performance Evaluation: You will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from employees to inform future development initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Dubai Health Authority Regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
