We are looking for an experienced
HR Generalist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end in-house recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
- Maintain talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Payroll Management
- Manage and process monthly payroll with accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to payroll (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievance redressal.
- General HR Operations
- Maintain and update HR records, policies, and processes.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
- Minimum
3 years of proven experience
as an HR Generalist or similar HR role. - Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement practices.
- Experience in ATS and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
