Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Anna Salai, Chennai. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. The role will involve coordinating with management to ensure compliance with HR protocols and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Excellent academic score
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
