Strategy and Policy Lead

This is a high-impact role requiring a mix of creativity, analytical rigor, and strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. It plays a critical role at the intersection of regulation, business strategy, and policy advocacy.

The successful candidate will act as both strategic analyst and execution partner to senior leadership, helping to frame policy narratives, manage external engagement, and guide internal stakeholders on regulatory implications that affect various businesses across telecom, digital, financial services, entertainment, and distribution.

  • Develop and articulate policy positions across different ecosystems.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competition, market, and regulatory trends & provide strategic updates to support policy advocacy.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies to influence key stakeholders.
  • Standardize reporting mechanisms to track regulatory engagements and advocacy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within Regulatory team and other cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Network, Ops, etc.) to ensure alignment of business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
  • Support senior leadership in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects across multiple business lines.
