We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Strategist to drive transformation and enhance operational efficiency. This role is critical in identifying business opportunities, translating needs into solutions, and ensuring that initiatives deliver measurable value.

Job Description:

Role: Business Intelligence Strategist

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Noida

Working Model: Hybrid

Notice Period Required: Immediate to 1 Month

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Opportunity Identification:
  • Discover and prioritize business opportunities that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and automation opportunities.
  1. Requirements Gathering & Translation:
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for solution teams.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  1. Business Case Development:
  • Build ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  1. Performance Monitoring:
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for projects.
  • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between business units and solution teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  1. Ai Governance & Ethics:
  • Ensure solutions comply with ethical standards, privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in AI projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with AI concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex Ai).
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
