Technical Data Strategist

The role of a Technical Data Strategist is to support critical operations across data platform engineering and automation, cost management, and infrastructure operations. This position plays a key part in the customer's strategic vision of expanding EDP data entitlement.

This strategic role involves process improvement, technical development, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering business value through data analysis, insight-driven decision making, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize business requirements into actionable plans for data analytics, business intelligence, and cloud operations
  • Analyze complex data sets using SQL, Python, or R and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Develop and maintain AWS cloud platforms and FinOps practices to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive results-oriented initiatives
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex data analysis and automation
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and FinOps practices
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
