  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Create, update, and maintain e-commerce stores on Wix and Shopify with attention to user experience, mobile responsiveness, and smooth checkout processes.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze sales and traffic data to provide actionable insights and improve online sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing online customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management or related roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central functionalities, including product listings, inventory management, and advertising, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Wix and Shopify platforms for store setup and management is required.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing basics is beneficial.
  • Good analytical skills and willingness to learn tools like Google Analytics and Excel are desired.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some experience or internship in managing Amazon PPC and online ads is advantageous.
  • Exposure to keyword research tools such as Helium10 or Jungle Scout is beneficial.
  • Interest in e-commerce automation and marketing tools is desirable.
