Physical Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team and oversee the creation of high-quality physical designs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop block-level physical designs from RTL/netlist to GDSII
  • Analyze and optimize physical, timing, and power signoff at the block level
  • Generate and close ECOs (Engineering Change Orders)
  • Create scripts and automate tasks using Perl, Tcl, Awk, and Python
  • In this role, you will manage a team of 4-6 engineers and serve as the primary point of contact for clients

Requirements:

  • Expertise in physical design flows and signoff methodologies is essential
  • Excellent technical and communication skills are necessary for success in this role
  • Proven experience in leading small project teams is required
