Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our fan-facing experiences. The ideal candidate will have exceptional visual craft and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance beauty and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
  • Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.
  • Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Growth teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma (plus relevant prototyping tools) and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Skills in branding, or creative storytelling.
