Mission

Create and lead a top-notch marketing design unit within our lifecycle marketing services, ensuring world-class creative output, strong client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

Key Outcomes (First 12 Months) -

  • Maintain a positive P&L for design services, balancing quality and profitability.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality marketing assets (email designs, banners, ads, digital creatives) that meet brand and client standards.
  • Drive client retention by ensuring design excellence, responsiveness, and alignment with client needs.
  • Support upsell opportunities by proactively identifying and pitching design-related enhancements.

Responsibilities -

  • Lead the design services function, setting quality standards and review processes.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with client strategy and account teams to deliver impactful, conversion-focused creative.
  • Implement a rigorous quality control process to ensure all deliverables meet brand and performance requirements.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure profitable operations and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a senior client-facing leader, building trust and positioning design as a strategic value driver.

Qualifications -

  • Proven experience of 5-8 years in agency or client-facing roles leading creative/design functions.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email design, digital banners, ads, and marketing assets.
  • Experience managing design teams with a balance of creativity and operational efficiency.
  • Business acumen with the ability to manage P&L, budgets, and growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills; ability to translate business needs into compelling design solutions.

Work Model -

  • Location: HSR, Bangalore (on-site).
