Job Title: Lead Design Specialist

We seek a talented Lead Design Specialist to spearhead the development of innovative and detailed architectural and interior design solutions.

  • Prepare presentations, design drawings, graphics, and renderings for client discussions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to deliver projects on time with high-quality outcomes.
  • Participate in site coordination and oversee execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative and comprehensive architectural and interior design strategies.
  • Create engaging visual aids for client meetings and project presentations.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the design team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure design integrity and consistency throughout all project phases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong visual acuity and ability to visualize complex designs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
