About the Role:

This is a dynamic and detail-oriented position that plays a crucial part in managing operational aspects of brand & marketing, with a focus on exhibitions, social media coordination, budget management, Brand merchandise, sales collaterals, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the brand's strategic goals.

  • Manage all administrative and logistical deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product, branding, and technical information.
  • Ensure timely delivery of collaterals, booth materials, and samples to event locations.
  • Collate all leads and visitor data captured during events and ensure accurate and timely upload to SFDC, in coordination with the sales and CRM teams.
Main Responsibilities:1. Exhibitions & Trade Shows:
  • Plan and execute all logistics related to trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary materials and information.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials.
2. Social Media Coordination:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and product information.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance.
3. Marketing Budget & Finance:
  • Track and manage marketing expenses.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on campaign spends and cost effectiveness.
4. Sales Collateral Management:
  • Create and distribute sales collateral materials.
  • Coordinate with design agencies and printers for timely execution.
  • Maintain a repository of up-to-date marketing assets.
5. Vendor Management:
  • Evaluate and negotiate with vendors for services.
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Maintain a database of approved vendors.
6. Brand Identity Implementation:
  • Implement and maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Review physical and digital branding at office premises, packaging, events, and collaterals.
  • Audit and improve brand consistency.
7. Merchandise & Gifting:
  • Manage end-to-end execution of branded merchandise.
  • Liaise with creative, sourcing, and procurement teams to ensure quality and timeliness.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus. 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, branding, or coordination. Industry background – preferably FMCG or marketing/creative agency background with experience in managing BTL activities. Strong project management and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sharp eye for detail and good design sensibility to ensure brand consistency across collaterals. Experience in working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results under tight timelines.
