As a key sales professional, you will drive sales practices, understand technical requirements, and communicate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and generate qualified leads for IT services in the US/North America region
  • Understand client technical requirements and align them with company offerings
  • Conduct discovery calls, prepare client-specific presentations and tailored PPTs, and participate in client calls when required
  • Create proposals and support end-to-end sales cycles with internal coordination
  • Maintain and report on lead pipeline, progress, and conversions

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales in the IT services domain (US/North America market preferred)
  • Strong IT background with the ability to grasp and explain technical requirements to clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Must have)
  • Hands-on experience in preparing client-specific PPTs and sales collateral
  • Self-driven, motivated, and willing to play a major role in developing a sales function within a startup
