About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to ensure timely updates and accuracy of sales data within our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management
- Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure CRM is updated on time.
- Maintain accuracy of CRM and system data.
- Track Tasks, Lead Reviews, Pending Assignments daily.
- Manage Imported Leads, Bookings, and Retails in the system.
- Ensure proper classification of Excluded Numbers, Employees, and Branches.
- Communication & Coordination
- Call and follow up with Sales Executives regarding pending updates.
- Maintain professional communication with Sales teams.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and share reports on lead status and follow-ups.
- Highlight delays, pending actions, and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages including English.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/LMS systems and data entry.
- High attention to detail, patience, and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
