Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and exceeding performance targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing major accounts, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, identifying problems and addressing them internally, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, help customers develop success plans, and provide guidance on achieving these objectives. You will also assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization and lead POCs for upsells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations
- Help customers develop success plans and provide guidance on achieving objectives
- Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals
- Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization
- Lead POCs for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role
- Technical experience in the cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving with ability to make independent decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
