Job Description:\

The Senior Performance Tester will be responsible for the design, development and execution of performance testing strategies, including load, stress and scalability testing. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software applications meet the required performance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\
\
  • \
  • Performance Testing Experience: 7+ years of experience in performance testing, with a focus on open-source tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.\
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of performance testing principles, techniques and standards, including test design, test execution, test reporting and test management.\
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Proven experience with agile, waterfall and DevOps methodologies.\
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Docker.\
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\
