- Main Responsibilities:">
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and performance improvement within the Cards Customer Success vertical. Key responsibilities include monitoring and addressing day-to-day operational issues between internal teams and banks, analyzing and improving major bank performances through root cause analysis and targeted interventions, and leveraging RPA and AI/ML to automate processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in a similar field with a strong understanding of payment products, especially UPI and related systems">
- Strong technical and data analysis skills">
- Expertise in settlement, reconciliation, and dispute management">
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, charts)">
- Excellent PowerPoint/Presentation skills">
