About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team in Mysore. The role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining our offerings, and driving conversions through effective communication.
Eligibility Criteria
For Freshers:
- Education: Graduate in Life Sciences (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in building a career in sales and business development.
For Experienced Candidates:
- 6 months – 5 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B or B2C Sales.
- achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Explain company products/services and generate interest.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize outreach.
