About this role:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales plans to achieve company targets and profitability
  • Lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with agreed sales processes
  • Provide timely feedback to senior leadership regarding performance, sales activity reports, and account strategy concerns
  • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
