Lead Incentive Operations

As a Lead Incentive Operations professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Incentive Operations using Javelin/Zaidyn Reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities to drive stakeholder engagement and achieve quality objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading project teams, with a proven track record of delivering analytics, SFE, and insights for field excellence. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality Incentive Operations using Javelin/Zaidyn Reporting.
  • Lead project teams to achieve quality objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge repositories to capture qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Provide insights that increase productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in an analytical field or data science.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
  • 7+ years of experience in Incentive Calculations, commercial execution/design/management consulting, or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Experience in leading project teams and driving delivery analytics.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving approach, and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
