Field Force Analytics Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Force Analytics Manager to lead our commercial execution efforts.

  • This role will involve designing and implementing commercial strategies, optimizing field force structures and resources, and delivering analytics-driven solutions to improve customer outcomes.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Stakeholder Management: Effective management of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across global and regional teams.
  • Independent Problem Solving: Critical thinking and analytical skills to deliver solutions to complex business and operational problems.
  • Commercial Insights: Delivering insights into questions related to commercial excellence through independent analysis of available data.
  • Team Management: Mentorship, guidance, and professional development while ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in an analytical field, with fluency in English and knowledge of other country languages being an advantage. A proven track record of delivery analytics, SFE and insights for field excellence and/or data enabled solutions is required.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing commercial strategies and optimizing field force structures and resources.
  • Developing and implementing process flows, quality checklists, and operational standards to ensure efficient delivery of services and adherence to global best practices.
  • Collaborating with regional and country leadership to support operational governance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentorship and team management.

You will also contribute to:

  • Process Optimization & Quality Assurance: Ensuring efficient delivery of services and adherence to global best practices.
  • Knowledge Management: Contributing to the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories to capture quantitative and qualitative reports on field excellence trends and share best practices across the global network.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Graduate in an analytical field/ data science/ Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/ Medicine/ Science & Technology.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage.
  • Experience: 5+ years in commercial execution/ design/ management consulting or pharmaceutical company.
