Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Field Force Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth through data-driven insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead independent projects with minimal oversight, ensuring high-quality solutions to customer needs, including commercial strategy design, field force sizing, structuring, resource optimization, segmentation, targeting, profiling, and call plan design.
  • Design incentive schemes and payout strategies, and drive ad-hoc projects addressing local business challenges through data analytics and benchmarking.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to deliver solutions to complex business and operational problems.
  • Deliver insights into questions related to commercial excellence through independent analysis of available data.
  • Be a role-model to junior team members, offering mentorship, guidance, and professional development while ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.
  • Develop and implement process flows, quality checklists, and operational standards to ensure efficient delivery of services and adherence to global best practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge repositories to capture quantitative and qualitative reports on field excellence trends and share best practices across the global network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Graduate in an analytical field, data science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Science & Technology.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of other in-scope country languages being an advantage.
  • Experience: 5+ years in commercial execution/design/management consulting or pharmaceutical company.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical business and its commercial operations.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving approach.
  • Customer service orientation and consultative solution delivery.
  • Strong and proactive business results-focus, with proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity.
