Key AML/CDD Team Lead Role: This job requires an experienced and strategic professional to lead our Investor AML/CDD team, focusing on day-to-day team management, complex case handling, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Team Management
    • Act as the central point for coordination and manage your team of Investor AML/CDD specialists, including complex query and case handling.
    • Take responsibility for staffing management, training, and development.
    • Manage and monitor deliverables (SLAs).
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Interaction
    • Interact directly with senior management and clients.
    • Escalate issues in a timely manner, liaising with local offices and/or clients.
    • Understand client needs and anticipate future requirements.
  • Process Improvement
    • Develop operational improvements in consultation with the wider Investor AML/CDD team.
About You:
  • Experience: Extensive experience in a similar role with exposure to private equity and/or hedge funds.
  • Leadership: Experience in managing a team.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of AML Regulations, preferably Cayman and Singapore regulations.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Highly collaborative and possessing excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
    • Strong customer relationship skills.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
    • Interest in financial markets, hedge fund, and private equity industries.
