About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a dual role contribution, balancing individual performance and operational/team management responsibilities. This critical position entails managing, coaching, and developing a Forecasting Engagement team, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Strategic Input: Provide direction and lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Process Development: Craft and sustain forecasting processes, empowering the team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Innovation and Efficiency: Drive continuous innovation and efficiency within the team, coordinating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the Forecasting Engagement team, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Provide strategic input, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Craft and sustain forecasting processes, providing strategic direction and empowering the team.
  • Drive continuous innovation and efficiency within the team, coordinating with global stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical forecasting, with a strong understanding of the biopharma industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
