Job Description:

As a seasoned Campaign Manager, you will spearhead the execution of multifaceted marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary objective will be to craft, implement, and optimize these campaigns in accordance with predefined business goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Effectively manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, content, and design, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle – from conceptualization, targeting, and content creation to execution and reporting.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, encompassing social media, email, paid advertising, SEO, and influencer outreach.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities for campaigns and partnerships to enhance visibility and conversions.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign performance reports and present them to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, preferably in the EdTech/FMCG/IT industry, is required. Additionally, strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) is essential.
