Job Title: CX Portfolio Strategist

">About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CX portfolio strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product management group, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction for our customer experience (CX) portfolio.

">Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop Product Roadmap: Create a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.
  2. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
  3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use this feedback to inform product decisions.
  4. Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation.
  5. Product Launches: Ensure successful product launches by working closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  6. Metrics and Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform product decisions and optimize product offerings.
">Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in customer experience platforms, including Pega, Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing, and Hubspot.
  • Product Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the customer experience space.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions.
