HR Business Partner will support the HR Director in Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Retention activities. They work closely with business leaders and managers to build people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Work with the HR Director to develop and implement HR practices that aligns with the overall mission and strategy of the organization
- Streamline processes and systems to enhance overall Team Member experience
- Develop comprehensive approaches to employee onboarding, engagement, development and retention
- Provide performance management guidance to line managers
- Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention by working closely with management and employees
- Implement and drive a culture of learning and development by gathering needs, planning and coordinating for behavioral & leadership training
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Talent Management Expertise Required
This role requires 10+ years' experience with at least 3 years' experience managing people along with a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
