Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our Human Resources team Talent Management and Strategy team. This role is integral to our company's growth and success, responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organization's objectives and values. The successful candidate will handle approximately 300 employees, driving initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support the company's long-term growth and business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with the overall organizational strategy.
- Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with leaders to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Employee Development and Training:
- Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee retention, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Succession Planning:
- Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics and initiatives' impact.
- Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR or related field is a must.
- 5+ years of proven HR experience
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
