Talent Management Manager

The Talent Management Manager is responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop employees. This role focuses on talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, and performance management to ensure a high-performing workforce that aligns with the organization's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and create recruitment strategies. Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Utilize data-driven insights to forecast workforce requirements and develop talent pipelines.
Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Negotiate offers and oversee smooth onboarding to integrate new hires effectively. Design and implement performance evaluation processes aligned with organizational goals.
Support leadership in setting clear performance expectations and KPIs. Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure continuous improvement. Develop and oversee training programs to enhance employees' skills and leadership capabilities.
Partner with external vendors for specialized training initiatives. Measure the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements. Identify training needs and deliver relevant programs to support employee career growth.
Identify high-potential employees and create structured career progression frameworks. Identify and develop potential leaders within the organization. Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and take necessary actions based on insights. Develop recognition programs to reward high performance and commitment. Address employee concerns proactively to maintain a positive work environment.
Develop and implement retention strategies for high-performing employees. Utilize HR metrics to analyze talent trends and make data-driven decisions. Prepare reports on talent development, performance, and retention.
Track key talent management metrics and use data insights for continuous improvement. Work closely with HR teams and other departments to align talent management strategies. Serve as a point of contact for talent management-related questions and initiatives.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent management. Continuously seek ways to enhance talent management processes and program. Experience & Qualification: Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in hiring, talent management, HR strategy, or organizational development. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management frameworks. Experience in Managerial development, coaching, and succession planning.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools. Possess exceptional computer skills and be highly proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel & HR tools. Industrial MNC company experience.
Position Interfaces with: Functional Heads, Hiring Managers in the organization & Service providers. Reports: MIS Report, Recruitment Tracker. Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels. Strong project management and organizational skills.
