Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter Manager

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the region by effectively implementing and managing recruitment strategies.

You will establish and nurture sustainable talent pipelines, attract top-tier talent, and foster diversity across all organizational levels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with local leaders to understand strategic growth plans and delivering recruitment strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Utilizing market intelligence data to develop tailored recruitment strategies for each location in both experienced and early career roles.
  • Driving proactive sourcing efforts to increase quality candidates through networking, competitive sourcing, referrals, and early careers.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging recruitment trends.
  • Supporting the implementation of Talent Acquisition tools and optimizing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
