The Role:

We are looking for an engaging, organized, and hands-on Manager,Talent Development to drive our Talent Development Programs. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing high impact people development initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and capability development across 6sense globally.

Reporting to the Snr Director, People Business Partner, this role will be responsible for employee engagement, performance management, career development and programs related to people development in support of 6sense's business priorities. In close collaboration with People Partners, you will use your creative mind to develop and execute programs that stick and have impact.

This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building programs from the ground up (or evolving them), and is passionate about unlocking potential at every level of the company.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end program management for company-wide learning, people development, and talent programs to support current and future organizational needs.

- Build the capability of people managers to drive managerial and leadership excellence that ultimately result in a high performing, learning culture.

- Develop the L&D plan in close collaboration with the People Business Partners that meets the needs of the business now and in future. This could include developing and conducting in-house training programs.

- Manage the performance management program (Elevate6) that drive an iterative and agile approach to elevating performance and drive alignment across the company.

- Lead and manage the talent review cycle in close collaboration with the People Partners and Total Rewards team that ensures our talent is visible, accelerated in their development and retained.

- Administer employee engagement surveys and facilitate processes to analyze and translate insights into actionable programs in partnership with people partners and key stakeholders.

- Lead or participate in relevant projects that contribute to building a world class organization and employer of choice.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 8 years experience on a Human Resources/People team with at least 3 years focused on global people development programs and initiatives.

- Proven experience in building employee-centric programs that have impact.

- Strong program management skills - able to drive from ideation through execution and measurement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate in a global matrixed organization.

- Instills confidence and is able to influence across all levels and drives alignment with senior leadership stakeholders.

- Results driven and delivers on outcomes in a timely manner.

- Experience designing and delivering learning content or partnering with content vendors to implement useful training and L&D experiences.

- Comfortable using data to make decisions, facilitate discussions, and translate insights to drive action.
